The Opportunity:
As a Brand Manager at Oncology Alpine, you will generate insights, co-create brand plans, represent the EMEA brand, execute operational plans, and drive cross-functional collaboration. Effective brand management is crucial for creating a positive and lasting impression, contributing to long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and gather insights, opportunities, risks, and needs from the local market. Provide input through membership in the affiliate brand team.
Contribute to the cross-functional co-creation of the rolling 3-year brand plan led by the Global Brand team lead and ensure alignment with recommendations developed through close connectivity with the Global Brand plan. This includes focusing on investment opportunities, launch excellence, and performance excellence.
Represent the EMEA Brand Plan for the Alpine Affiliate and align brand priorities with market requirements.
Develop and execute the operational Brand Plan in-market. This involves localizing and adapting EST-C/global materials and initiatives.
Champion the brand, engage with experts, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:
Proven experience of contributing to the development and implementation of brand strategy to reflect local views and achieving exceptional results to budget.
End-to-end project management experience.
Experience of working in a Pharma sales organization or similar environment.
Track record of planning and managing product launches, measurement, and revenue growth.
Experience of contributing to/delivering to stretch KPIs, to sustainably grow the brand and maintain performance.
Knowledge of implementing co-created patient-centric integrated services, solutions.
Fluent in written and spoken business English and German.

Educations/Qualifications:
Master’s degree (in Biology, Biochemistry, Medicine or equivalent)

Additional Information:
This is a permanent full-time position.
This position is based in Austria or Switzerland.
This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 2 days per week in the local office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
