Cockpit Systems Engineer m / f / d



For this position we are searching for a team member to support the aviation engineering team:

  • Modelling of aircraft systems, based on:
o Aircraft manuals
o Flight Tests
o Scientific Research
  • Integration and acceptance tests of simulated aircraft systems:
o Integration with Cockpit Hardware
o Integration with OEM Avionic Systems (ARINC, AFDX, Discretes)
o Integration with proprietary software modules
  • Internal and Customer acceptance:
o ATM creation and execution
o In plant acceptance testing
o Onsite acceptance testing


Your profile

  • Deep understanding of aircraft and relevant systems
  • Deep understanding of the operation and qualification of a full flight simulator
  • Matlab / Simulink
  • High interest in cockpit systems and aircraft operation
  • Experience in scripting languages (python, shell)
  • Experience in simulation of control systems
  • Independent working style and solution oriented
  • Team player and open to new solutions
  • Willingness to travel
  • Work with web based tools to track requirements / test progress (nice to have)
  • Coding skills (C/C++) (nice to have)
